Susan Gresko

Susan Gresko began studying ballet at age 12 with Janis Ray in Annandale, Virginia. She continued her training on scholarship at the National Academy of Arts in Champaign, IL , Jacob’s Pillow  in Becket, MA, and the Pennsylvania School of Ballet. Ms. Gresko graduated with Highest Distinction honors from George Mason University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and performed with the George Mason University Dance Company. She is also a yoga teacher in the Viniyoga tradition and received her certification from the American Viniyoga Institute and is certified in the Zena Rommett Floor-Barre technique. Ms. Gresko has taught youth and adult ballet, yoga, and Floor-Barre throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.  In 2005 she joined the faculty at Maryland Youth Ballet where she teaches Beginning level classes for adults. She developed MYB’s Intro to Ballet series which she designed specifically for adult students with little to no ballet experience.
