Therese Gahl

Therese Gahl received her ballet training from the Washington School of Ballet since the age of six.  While she was a scholarship student in the pre-professional program, she performed in various productions with The Washington Ballet.  In 2007, Ms. Gahl spent one year working as a member of Ballet West II in Salt Lake City.  There, she performed in many ballets including Prokovksy’s Three Musketeers, Balanchine’s Serenade and Stars and Stripes.  Since 2008, she has taught ballet, creative movement, and jazz at CityDance Center and Virginia Ballet Theater.  She began teaching for MYB’s Early Dance Division is September 2010.  In the spring of 2012, Ms. Gahl graduated with a degree in Psychology with Cum Laude honors from George Mason University.
