Little Dancer Description
For young dancers ages 30 months to 4 years, the Little Dancer Class is designed as a program to address your child's developmental needs and create a fun dance experience.
Each session starts with activities such as bending, stretching and moving and progresses to loco motor movements including marching, galloping and jumping. We also focus on learning to follow directions and dancing as part of a group while encouraging confidence and creativity. Individual expression is encouraged as your child learns to use his or her body as a form of expression.
Your child must be 30 months by May 31, 2007. She or he must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Uniform for Girls: Solid colored leotard, any style; pink tights (Capezio No. 7); pink ballet slippers. Uniform for Boys: White T-shirt; black dance shorts or tights; white socks; white shoes.
