MYB Extension ages 12-18
MYB Extension is for upper students ages 12-18 that wish to take ballet but prefer a less demanding curriculum. The program does not include pointe work or casting in MYB annual productions.
In addition to ballet, Extension classes include Jazz which may be taken separately or together. Jazz is also offered as an elective to students enrolled in our Youth and Pre-Professional Divisions.

Registration for the Extension classes are open throughout the year. Dancers who are new to MYB must complete an audition request describing their dance background for acceptance into the program. Students wishing to enroll in Int/Adv Ballet must have had at least 3-4 years of ballet training in a full program (at least 2-3 ballet classes per week) and for those wishing to enroll in Jazz must have at least 3-4 years of prior dance training.

*Early Bird discount available if registered by August 1 and 10% off if paid in full.
