When giving online through PayPal simply check “make this a monthly donation” and the amount you enter will automatically be paid to MYB each month. 

MYB welcomes gifts made through Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs). A DAF operates like a charitable investment account. You contribute to the fund, receive immediate tax savings, and then recommend grants to us over time or on a recurring basis. Many donors who give this way start by seeking advice from their financial or legal advisor.

Next, you can ask your DAF representative about making a direct transfer to MYB or have the administrator send a check from your account to us:

When donating to MYB through a DAF, please authorize your DAF representative to release your name so that we can acknowledge your gift.

If you are 70½ or older, you can donate directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to a qualifying public charity such as Maryland Youth Ballet. This giving option is also commonly called a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). Beginning the year you turn 73, your gift can satisfy all or part of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD). Please consult your IRA administrator and/or tax advisor to confirm eligibility before making a distribution.
